Abstract Submission Guidelines
Instructions for Abstract Preparation

Please read the instructions carefully before starting to submit your abstract. The abstract should be written in clear, concise English and include an interesting summary of the research. All abstracts must be submitted in English and must be submitted electronically. Therefore, no paper abstracts will be accepted. Abstracts not prepared correctly will not be considered for reviewing.

For abstract submission, registration of the conference is mandatory.

Each person may submit a maximum of two abstracts as presenting author.

The Scientific Committee will determine whether abstracts will be accepted as Oral or Physical poster presentations, with consideration to be given to the author’s preference. Abstracts will be reviewed and assigned to appropriate sessions and will be informed via email

All submitted abstracts must contain novel data. Abstracts stating “data will be discussed in the presentation” will NOT be accepted.

A Maximum of 4 authors are permitted per abstract. Include Full name, Designation & Affiliation of all the authors.

The abstract must be written within 350 words (excluding title, author names, affiliations, citation and references).

The abstract has to be submitted in PDF format (max. 5 MB) and cannot be edited after submission

RESEARCH PAPER

Only original research involving human, animal, or laboratory data is accepted under this category. Studies involving humans or animals must have approval or exemption from the relevant local institutional review boards or animal/clinical ethics committees.

CASE REPORT/SERIES
-
Submissions may include descriptions of intriguing events or practices that offer educational value. These could involve medically challenging or unusual clinical case reports, case series, or case studies. All abstracts must clearly outline the problem, explain the approach taken to address it, present the results or outcomes, and conclude with key insights and recommendations.

All abstracts will be peer- and blind-reviewed by the Abstract EPIC 2026 Evaluation Committee. The acceptance of an abstract will be made after the committee’s evaluation.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make the final decision concerning the form of the presentation as poster or oral presentation and the decision will be sent to the presenting author.

The authors are responsible for compliance with the ethical principles, English language and submission rules. Abstracts with serious language problems and abstracts not complying with submission and ethical rules may be rejected. Errors will not be amended by the organizers and the Abstract Evaluation Committee.

The authors will be informed of acceptance/rejection of their abstract, specification of their final presentation by e-mail by 15/07/2026.
